What is your glass recycling process? We gather discarded glass materials and transform them into sand and gravel, diverting them from landfills. Collection: We retrieve post-consumer glass bottles and items directly from your location. Transportation: The glass is then transported to our on-site processing facility. Sorting: The glass undergoes color sorting, with non-glass items like bottle caps and metal tops (excluding labels) being separated. Pulverization: We pulverize the glass into a mixture of sand and glass gravel. Filtering: Our machinery removes labels and other non-glass components from the mixture. Allocation: The glass sand and gravel are distributed for various purposes, including eco-construction, soil enhancement, artistic endeavors, and more!
